 I agree with the black/yellow thing. European wasps (very dangerous) are this 
colour as are hazard signs (in Australia). May seem a trivial point to some, 
but as Rail mentioned, the subconscious will think ``danger - stay away'', so 
people may stay away from OO.o without necessarily understanding why.

I'd vote for the (OO.o) dark blue and white personally. Dark Blue 
feels 'corporate' and professional.

Colours are a science in themselves: have a look at good design rules for 
anything, and it's quite enlightening why (for example) three colours are 
picked for a design (eg logo, web site, flyer) in the proportion 60:30:10 and 
which colours invoke which emotional responses. Very interesting, and quite 
new to me. I was a web designer for ten years before realising why I designed 
like that.
