Paul, you do realize that Microsoft Exchange uses a secret proprietary
protocol. Do you expect us to magically guess how the damn thing works?
Microsoft purposely breaks compatibility with established standards in
order to lock out competitors and lock-in customers. That is what you
are seeing with your Exchange example.
