The migration is supposed to take place in around 3 years, and the desktops themselves are quite spread all over the french administration. It is a big announcement , but the reality on the spot is a bit more crude. Let's say that the migrations will take place as much in large ministries as in small countryside cityhalls, and that amounts to 400000 desktops...
