The overall impression is great, but I'd like to discuss some ideas about visual identity, creating a new OpenOffice.org logo and so on. The OpenOffice.org Art Project tries to create an overall style for OpenOffice.org 3 artwork - even if some of the most active artists didn't have the time to keep on working on that topic during the last months, we've been going just a few steps on that way and it would be great if you could join us. If you want to know what has been done and discussed about that topic, please have a look at the presentation I held at OOoCon 2006 [1] or the discussions in the mail archive linked from this mail [2].
I enjoy working with OpenOffice and it would be a pleasure for me to design the new Splash screen for you - free of cause.
