Hi Graham,
at the moment I have no time to write those several 50 word abstracts
but I will come to you later on. And hope we can work than further on this.
Thanks,
Ingrid

Maybe something like this?:
1) You want to know what all your data is about? Use the chart to
visualize it. Identify trends, reveal outliers and find dependencies.
2) You want to present your business data. Visualize it with the chart
and your audience will get the point faster.
3) You can create charts from your Calc data or a Writer table or even
with independent data for example in a Presentation or Draw.
4) You can choose from a variety of chart types: Bar charts, Pie Charts,
Line Charts, XY Charts, Area Charts, Net Chart, Stock Charts, several
are even available in 3D look.
5) The interactive GUI allows you to easily customize single parts of
the chart. For example you can change the titles, axes, series, the
background and so on. Or select an important data point and highlight it
with a different color for example.
6) There are many options to customize your chart. For example you can
choose various fillings from plain color to images, gradients or
hatchings. Choose different fonts or number formats.
Hi Ingrid,
OK what I've done is pulled what you've told me above into a series of
headlines:
~Make your point with OOo Charts: the Ultimate way to Visualize your Data
~~Create high impact looks with multiple 2D and 3D chart types
~~Create dynamic looks with the highly customisable interface
~~Draw on data from any OOo app from Writer to Calc and even Draw
~~Visualise your business with OOo Chart
The first line is the page Title/Headline. The following three are
subheadings that link to further info on the page. I'm not as au faix with
charts as you so how would you expand on each of the subheadings in around
fifty words. No precision necessary, I can turn it into market-speak :)
Then how would you visualise what you have said. This isn't immediately
necessary, the text is. Once I've seen the text I'll play with some graphics
as well to see what sort of pictures your words will generate.
The final line will be near a download button or a link to another more
instructional page to do with downloading, documentation and so on.
Cheers
GL
