Hello everybody.
I see good collection of banners at
http://marketing.openoffice.org/art/galleries/marketing/web_banners/ ,
but in order to use them I need to change text (from "Here comes the
marketing slogan" to something else). Those files are .png, so text is
just bitmap and not easily editable.
Is it possible to obtain the files (sepcifically
http://marketing.openoffice.org/art/galleries/marketing/web_banners/#nicu468x60)
in format where it is easier to change text? Or I am missing something?
Thanks a lot.
WBR,

If you have Gimp (http://gimp.org) you can easily take any of this banners
and insert a white block on top of the label on top of the current banner.
I guess we could do someting like use imagemagick and generate a dynamic
text on the baner without to modify the 'base' banner. But this is a
project more for developers.
But as a regular user you can download this banner, put a white block on
top of 'Here comes the Marketing logo' on the first banner and be able to
come up with a template and introduce whatever you need.
If you want the more complex banner then the option would be to request an
SVG banner, which I am sure the author could provide and if not well ask
for it again on the list.
