No, but its progress. At the last meeting I had with The CEO and
Director of infrastructure they were decidedly cool on doing anything at
all. I doubt that this change is unrelated to the MPs signing the EDM.
Its all down to politics in the end and we will keep the political
pressure on.

But delay can be bad for them too. BECTA advising schools not to upgrade
to Vista or Office 2007 is not good news for MS either.
