If Dell, go this route, I would expect they would want to build an
'OpenOffice.org supplied by Dell' version, possibly with Novell's 'use MS
file formats by default' patch etc. They would probably also want to
bundle Sun's JRE. So, I wouldn't worry too much about the fine detail just
now... let's see if we can catch the media'sattention first.
