[Marketing] Marketing TODos page very out of date

In preparation for a talk I'm giving about OOo, I started 
wandering around the Marketing Project's web pages, and noticed 
that the "How to Help" page says "last updated 12 November 2004" 
and the contact person is listed as Jacqueline McNally. Many 
items on the list look at first glance to be old and probably 
superceded, though I didn't click through to the issue numbers to 
verify that. I failed to find any mention of the wiki (if it's 
there, I missed it).
