how about blogging about users and user communities of OOo in India.
One hear from time to time of government adoption and schools or

companies using OOo. Also, an often discussed topic is the various
languages in your country and the translation efforts.
I'd love to see a strong blog that reaches out to users, user groups,
managers that make decisions, etc. and hear them interviewed about
their
experiences, challenges and success stories. I'm sure that will also
fill your forums with readers and writers.
