Current scene in Uruguay isn't the best . Uruguay ,(like others 3rd
world countries) , want to use OpenSource solutions more than "like"
because here budgets are very low (in comparation with others regions),
but at a goverment level it's difficult to change quiclky.
I'm building an assistance (helpdesk + ITIL practices) to offer OOo to
small bussiness market.
I'd a few little migrations and teach OOo here ,so I can took a lot of
experience from students experiences and from migrations (like "labs" of
migrations).
They are happy to move to OOo today and they save so much money from MSO
licences.
(maybe we can go in-depth this situations on future emails)
First at all, I'm not envolving http://es.openoffice.org/ today but I
will. About Spanish Native Language Project: I don't have a good
opinion. Mainly,support documents are so old (most of them year 2005, a
lot of things change since 2005 to OOo.)
Others details like toolbar in http://es.openoffice.org/ is in English.
I think that this can be change and it depend on spanish countributors.
