I had an enquiry off-list about professionally produced CD-ROMs. If there is a local CD-ROM distributor - http://distribution.openoffice.org/cdrom - then I would always recommend people should use them - the more people that buy from them, the cheaper they can supply.
However, we do also keep a current copy at an 'on demand' publisher - http://www.lulu.com/ooo - who can supply CDs worldwide with a small donation to OOo included. It's a safer option than taking a chance on eBay...
