Hi Per,

There is always a scope of improvement. We implement Linux/Open Source
in Companies/Academics during which
we constantly gets so many questions stating the things/features which
are not there in open office. 
Queries are also regarding non availability of study material. 

So there is a scope every where.
Same is case with promotional activity and marketing material.
