[marketing] Marketing Plan for the 3.0

Hello,

as we're close to release the first beta version of OOo 3.0, we might  
want to think about the marketing campaign for the 3.0, aside the  
obvious elements (press release and features pages).
Any thoughts? Let's brainstorm on this, please.
