I would like to push forward the idea of having a virtual conference. In a
similar fashion to what we had some years ago when Daniel Carrera
organized a series of talks.
The idea here is to also have a virtual conference but using more
available technology. Some OOo members already test it and were impressed
with this technology as a great tool to give conferences.
For this matter I would like to propose the following Call for Papers for
the event. And see who is interested, I have done a wikipage on what will
the conference dynamics will work like and hopefully we could get some
engineers interested in giving technical talks.
