I agree with the idea. The problem with such a party is that we must
know the release date at least a couple of month before, and then we
can't change it. For sure, a party in every major geography would
draw a lot of attention.
Actually it does not matter that much. All what matters is to have it
either one or two days before or a week or two weeks after it.
