[marketing] WollMux available in extension repository

WollMux is an OpenOffice.org plugin. It features letterhead generation, 
advanced form functionality such as plausibility checks and computed 
data, special printing functions that deal with requirements of a public 
administration, and much more. The WollMux is an OpenOffice.org plugin 
developed by the Municipality of the City of Munich, Bavaria. It is now 
available from the OpenOffice.org Extension Repository at 
http://extensions.services.openoffice.org/project/wollmux
