Hi all, My name is Jean-Baptiste Faure and I am the new lead of FR project. Laurent Godard has accepted to assist me as co-Lead. As lead of FR project I have applied for the observer status in Marketing Project.
From personal point of view, I am scientist in a French public research institute. Our job is environmental research and especially computational codes for fluvial hydraulics and flood protection for me. On OOo side, I use OOo since its start and before that I used StarOffice 5. Until now I was involved in users assistance and since the beginning of the year I am the QA responsible for FR versions. In my professional activity, I try to promote OOo in my scientific community. I want to express my gratitude to Sophie for all she does for the French speaking community. And to have accepted to stay as our MarCon.
