Software Freedom Day [0] is 20 September, and as with previous SFDs,
let's celebrate this! I propose that every NLC project put up a
banner honouring the day, and that we also do it on the homepage or
news page.
BTW, SFD more or less coincides with two things: OOo 3.0 and the Paris
Capitale du Libre event [1].
