Take a look at Moodle. They have a partnership programme which gives
them a sustainable income. Moodle partners get rights to use the Moodle
name officially in return for a small cut of their business earnings.


Yes Mozilla is a very protective organization of their brands and products too. I would also want to encourage having a set of guidelines on how to use our brand. We have been too relax on this aspect and already have companies like Siemens screwing us up by copyrighting "open office"
