I think featurelistbeta.html together with the development notes would
work well as release notes. I'm available to do the work.

I personally would like to have #3 (Extensions) change position with #2

Product marketing material
The featurelistbeta.html is a great resource for this, but is too
unoverviewable, I'd suggest only keep the level 1 headings in the TOC,
and making it all smaller.
The material from my p.o.v is almost ready, just some smaller stuff left.
What material do you mean?
