Ramino hasnt been very active lately and couldnt insure the marcon tasks.
Gustavo might be more able to carry on the work needed in Ecuador.
If no one objects and Ramiro isn't active anymore, I'm happy to appoint
Gustavo as new MarCon for Ecuador.
