Under Office Applications it recommends
Openoffice 3 (together with Scribus and Google Docs)
Has an introductory paragraph on OO 3.
Verdict: Easy to use and opens and saves Microsoft Office documents.
Saving: £350, the cost of paid-for alternative Microsoft Office.
