FLSL is the biggest event in South america on free and oen sour ce
software and a most for the OOo comunity to be represented. Because of
location OOoES is the best community to be represented specially because
of the variety of coutries related to FLOSS including Venezuela, Paraguay,
Peru and Ecuador as strong proponents of Free and open source software.
