I'm in New York City, which is not really close to South Carolina, but
I agree it would be great to have someone attend the event. Do we have
anyone on this list who is close to the event location who would be
interested in attending and staffing a booth?

Would be nice to have a presence there, I would want to see if Ben
and Anthony can make them as Marcon for US east coast. I would not
be able to attend since I will be in Brasil.
I wonder who else could make it there? is there any sponsorship for
speakers by the event managers?
