Hi people. I want introduce myself. My name is Román Gelbort. I'm computing teacher, free software's hactivist, entrepeneur, father's two childrens, husband and another things, that possibly are not important for us.
I know OOo from 2000 approximately. From 2001 I'm in mail list in spanish. where I share a lot and where I could learn a lot about our application. >From a couple of years ago, I collaborate in translations, howtos, user support and developing proposals to improvements and correction of bugs for OOo. Some months ago that Alexandro invite me to make this presentation, so you assess whether you think should be the Marcon my country, Argentina, because isn't a place currently occupied. My particular interest in developing this position is for develop a network of professional services arround OOo, also improve the level of adoption by the end users in the enterprises. I hope develope actions of broadcasting and improve the process of provision of services for the entreprises that today working in this area and where to do so. In my professional activity, myself make actions of training and consulting in OOo. I have so much knowledge that I can pass to the new professionals who whant to devote to this. In my limitations I have the comunication in english (you already have noticied ;-) ). But, if I put effort I can comunicate in reading and writing... or I believe that... I solve this problem with translation software and people who help me on the net. For all this reasons I ask you to evaluate my application.
