Why are we advertising minimum requirements for a very outdated
version of OOo (2.0.3) that is no longer available on our site?

Also would like to put more of the 'usage' information than the
technical details. What about saying that is download 150 million
times, or that is deployed across educational governments in spain and
Brazil. That 56% is ran from the top 500  companies in the US or that
is making difference across the world. *

*Verify this numbers of course.

Also put some awards from sourceforge and other publications.
