I already have been trying two find this out about two years ago with no
success. I guess the reasons, that derived products like RedOffice (my
employer) or Neoshine Office (CS2C in Shanghai) have success to some
extend, in fact depends on the technology funding of the Chinese
government. Desktop software is no real business in China yet, neither
for proprietary nor for FOSS vendors.
If some larger deployments of vanilla OOo exist in China, I would expect
them to be internal projects of companies with no vendor or consultant
included, hence they happen in silence.
