I really like it also, the cubes means the codes construction, just like Lego pieces that you assemble, and the community who is building in a colorful wave. But the OpenOffice.org logo seems to be miss placed, something like not depending on the design. I don't know where to place it above or in the middle, left or right. I really don't know. Anyway, your design look great, thanks for it :)
