Congratulations, this is really excellent news.

It would be the applications that manage using, translating or
interpreting formats.  But either way it blocks that 8000-page MOOX.

In other words, MS Office and related products just got the boot.

As far as marketing goes, working with the other ODF-using FOSS office
suites, especially Koffice, can really get people's attention by showing
that there is a lot available that they've been until lately kept in the
dark about.
