So I don't want to force a decision, but if we want to have the discs for the Conference the decision should be made as soon as possible. There's still a small risk that the discs aren't on time in Budapest. I think that if we don't have a decision by tomorrow 12:00 CET, it might be better to drop the idea, or try to realize it for a different date than the conference. I wasn't able to find someone in Budapest who could produce the discs.
sorry for stepping in so late, but my exams kept my quite busy, today I had an OOo interview and over the weekend I'll be in Stuttgart, doing an OOoDeV meeting - so I can't look into anything before Monday.
Thanks to everyone for their contribution, and thanks to Rosana for driving this! If we can have flying discs for the conference, that would be great, and I guess Peter and I would be happy to authorize the budget.
If, however, we are too short in time, we can't change things - our day has only 24 hours. :(
