Hi, Translate.org.za have just released an OPenOggice.org book for the South African market.

The book, written and published by Translate.org.za <http://www.translate.org.za/>, is a dual-language production with both English and Afrikaans sections (each a 100 pages). The guide is illustrated throughout with screenshots and covers the basics of installing OpenOfffice.org on Windows and Mac OS X through to doing things such as setting up templates, letterheads, spreadsheet formatting and preparing presentations. But what I really like about the book is that it is not just a dry, technical manual on using OpenOffice.org. It's also a pretty good guide to being more productive at work and is filled with useful links, tips on making better documents as well as ideas on how to be more organised at work. I also liked the tips on being a "highly evolved user". The book is part of a package that can be bought directly from Translate.org.za <http://translate.org.za/>'s website and includes the software in multiple languages as well as the book.
