ummm, actually you can:
git clone git://git.apache.org/incubator-marmotta.git
Not sure if it's just a mirror, or the repo is fully functional through
that url.
git://git.apache.org/marmotta.git is not yet available.
Definitively something to clarify with infra...

If you have svn >= 1.7 you can use "svn relocate", if not you have to
checkout the new repository and manually copy any uncommitted changes.
