Various components currently use their own way of collecting statistics (e.g.
triple store and ehcache) and there is no central way to access this
statistics. It would be useful to provide a unified interface to statistics
gathering using the Java RRD tool implementation, and then provide also a user
interface to quickly visualise statistics data.
