When starting a new Marmotta instance and entering with any other page than the
root, the system is not properly initialized and the page is not shown
properly. This is most easily observed when starting with "mvn clean
tomcat7:run -Pcleanall", going to an admin page, stopping the tomcat, starting
it again and hitting reload in the browser.
