The data provider introduced in MARMOTTA-423 is just a quick and dirty
prototype that may need to be refactorized and improved, particularly regarding
tolerance to fails and performance,.
I have several ideas to do so, for instance by switching the double processing
(pre-processing + parsing) to a RDFHandler:

Extend the test suite key to improve the quality.
