In the source-tree, we have multiple LICENSE and NOTICE files.

I'm pretty sure, these are too many! L&N in the root are a must, those in
{{mamotta-installer}} and {{ldpath-backend-linkeddata}} are there for the
binary distribution packages. Also {{marmotta-webapp}} is a binary distribution
package, so there should be also L&N (but, to stay aligned, with .txt extension)
The other ones are redundant.
