Description:
LDPath currently outputs the result of a program in a bespoke format. To play
nice with other tools, it would be nice if there were standard output formats
too.

In this pull request, I add a JSON output. I also extracted the LDQuery tool
from ldpath-backend-linkeddata, thinking it would be strange to pull in the
JSON writer into such a low level dependency. I'm happy to undo that, if
desired.
