Apache Marmotta often runs behind a reverse proxy and/or load-balancer.
For the proxy to check if the instance is currently serving requests, we should
have a {{/ping}} service, something like the Ping Request Handler in SOLR.
Such service also should check the core services (especially the Sesame
repository) so it can be also used for monitoring.
