On GNU/Linux (Fedora 20 & Ubuntu 14.10) and MacOSX we can't reproduce this
error and the installer works pretty well.
However, I noticed that when Marmotta displays this screen, is still working,
but it's a little annoying to have this window open.
Marmotta works properly with manual deployment to Tomcat, so we can put this
issue to 'closed' status.
