While fixing a typo in a log-statement, I discovered that the {{ScriptRunner}}
in the kiwi-triplestore module has 3rd-party copyright header which is not
documented anywhere in a NOTICE or LICENSE file.
There are a few options to solve this issue:
* Move the {{ScriptRunner}} to a separate source tree ({{src/ext/java}}) and
document the source inclusion according to the guidelines
* Replace the ScriptRunner with a compatible library
* Create a Marmotta-native implementation of a SQL command executor
