download the 3.3.0 version of LDPath from
http://marmotta.apache.org/download.html and the links are broken.
Looking at the directory listing on
http://mirror.symnds.com/software/Apache/marmotta/3.3.0/ it looks like the
3.3.0 version's name changed from "ldpath" to "ldquery".

the next release again.
The script generating the download page needs to be updated.
