Hi Nilupul,

sorry for the delay looking into this.

I've just push a patch to the develop branch disabling all tests against
RDFohloh (the service has issues).

So now the build should run smoothly.

In case you are again blocked for something similar, Maven allows you to
build ignoring tests using '-DskipTests'.
