Would a {{features.xml}} file be relevant here for Karaf provisioning? If so,
(based on the PR above) this module implements that for the marmotta components
that are built as OSGi bundles: https://github.com/acoburn/marmotta-karaf
I would be happy to contribute this to the project if I knew which directory
would be most appropriate to put it in. (./platform?)
