1. Can we shift issue like MARMOTTA-603 for when the major part of the work is done? 2. Merge it into your branch MARMOTTA-659 to keep moving on. 3. Great! Then jump to RDF4J when you feel comfortable the code base is stable enough. About the URI vs IRI, I wouldn't mind that much about the backwards compatibility in 3.5.0. We're already breaking some other (Java, Sesame, etc). So I would definitively go for it.
