Hi Brent, I've been having similar problems with PostgreSQL. I checked the SQL query directly in the database and returns the same "random results". I haven't been able to reproduce this error. But what I usually do is: restart the DB and count all resources in each graph with a SPARQL query.
If you have a way to reproduce this issue, I can do some debugging this weekend and see if we can submit a PR. Cheers, Xavier.
