Looks good - the incubator PMC has a lot of reports to process so being

Having the mailing list report after an IRC meeting is important and IMO
worth mentioning as mitigation of the barriers to people in different
timezones that IRC causes.
Is this IRC usage primarily due to LMF or will it continue after

is separated out?
I would like keeping the IRC meetings but depending on open tasks maybe
reduced to once a week. The IRC meetings have the big advantage that
everything is documented by the ASF bot, and they are useful when
applying
a Scrum-style to project management. :-)
