- MySQL java connector

https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/LEGAL-21 might be related to this

If it is not needed in the core system, just an optional JDBC connector just because MySQL is in use, then it can be done. Its best if the end user does the adding of the connector. Don't ship it, don't check it into git. I think, but it needs checking, it can be used for test setups but with care.

If MySQL is a requirement or distinguished or the only choice for a system, then it's a problem.

- JBoss Logging
- DBUnit (not used anyways)

Some of these libraries might actually no longer be needed. Some should be
moved to the "extra" module or something similar (e.g. the mysql connector
is not strictly needed if you are not using mysql).

I will try checking again next week when I have more time.

Good Night!
