Dear member of the project,
after keeping the vote running for 72 hours, in this time in total we
have received 10 +1s votes:
* Dietmar Glachs
* Andy Seaborne
* Szaby Grünwald
* Rupert Westenthaler
* Sebastian Schaffert
* Jakob Frank
* Thomas Kurz
* Raffaele Palmieri
* Nandana Mihindukulasooriya
* Sergio Fernández
Where 2 are binding votes from our mentors and IPMC members (Andy and
Nandana) and 7 from members of the Marmotta PPMC. No -1s or +0s votes
have been received.
Therefore, the vote determinates that the Apache Marmotta community is
ready to graduate from the incubator and become a top level project.
The next step in the process is to prepare a charter; this will be
discussed in a separate thread.
Thanks everyone!
Sergio,
on behalf of the Marmotta project

Hi all,
since entering Incubation in December 2012, the project and the
community have significantly evolved. So I think we accomplished most of
the goals that we set when we decided to join ASF Incubator.
Therefore, although it is not a requirement, but recommended to express
our willingness/readiness to govern ourselves, I'd like to start this
vote within the community about the graduating of Marmotta out of
Incubator and establishing it as Top Level Project.

[ ] +0 Don't care

Everyone in the community is encouraged to vote. Votes from IPMC
members and Mentors are binding. This vote will run 72-hours.
Kind regards,
