Description:
The shrinkwrapped jars that get produced for releases have copies of the xerces jars
in both the lib and lib/endorsed directories.
This is an unnecessary 1M download.
We should also consider precopying everything in lib to the repository on the first
run. This will also save download time for new users.
Not everyone has insanity speed broadband!
